Basically, Aegis is a safe haven for all deviations/meta-humans. They come here to avoid the harsh criticism of the outside world. Everyone but Regulars are free to come, and they are free to leave when they wish to do so. If you are a deviation/meta-human who wants to secure yourself from the Regulars yet still live a normal life, then this is the place for you. Here you can shop, get a drink, get a bite, anything you could do in the regular world, you can also do here in Aegis.
